In order to access documents on this page you must be a current Non-Profit Organization Group Lead with our Concessions/Vending program. As a Group Lead you will receive passwords to access the documents that correspond to your particular stand(s).

Game Day Tools
We encourage Group Leads to use the "tools" we have provided for you.
These forms/ spreadsheets will be helpful for you to use on game day to maintain the details of your stand's inventory & money. These tools are not mandatory to use but can be helpful to those of you who maintain your game day records on your personal computers.
Some of these documents/ spreadsheets are password protected. You should use the "general" password that has been given to your Group Lead to access these files.

Commissions
The documents listed to the right are separated by Organization Name/ Stand Location.
Each Organization/ Location has their own password in order to access your financial information. This information will be updated as soon as possible after a game so the Group Lead can view the group's statement prior to the next game. As the season progresses you will notice that each game will be added to the report. By the end of the season you will have all games listed on your spreadsheet.
This information will show your commission along with any credits or deductions for a particular game.
Keep in mind if we have back to back games, the financial information may not be updated before the next game. Commission reconciliation is a lengthy process so we ask that you have patience with this information appearing on the website.
These spreadsheets are password protected. You should use your "group specific" password that has been given to your Group Lead to access these files.
