Arrival Times/ Check-In Procedures
Volunteer arrival time is (4) hours prior to kick-off. Gates open to the public (2) hours prior to kick-off and all stands must be ready to sell by this time.
Game Day parking is provided for all Volunteers, be sure to ask your Group Lead where the parking lot is located or you can visit the "General Game Day Information" page on our website for details. There will be a shuttle bus to drive you to & from the Stadium.
All volunteers must enter & exit through the 000 Level of the stadium. This entrance is located off of Graham Street and the shuttle buses will drop you off directly in front of the Check-In area. (No volunteers will be allowed in the stadium once the check-in area closes. The check-in area closes when gates open; 2 hrs prior to kick-off.)
All volunteers must proceed through the Check-In area located in the Loading Dock of the stadium in order to receive a "Game Day Credential." No one will be allowed to enter the stadium without one of these credentials. (ALL volunteers must be at least 15 yrs old in order to work on game day. Proof of ID is required for all minors.)

Uniform Policy & Guidelines
General Uniform Guidelines
All Volunteers Do not alter the exterior appearance of your uniform; Uniform pieces must be worn as stated. The complete uniform must be neat and clean, and kept in good condition. Do NOT wear anything or bring anything into the stadium advertising another NFL team. (You will be asked to remove it before you may enter the stadium for the day.)
Shoes (NO FLIP FLOPS!)
- Shoes must have a closed toe and closed heel.
- They should have rubber, slip resistant soles.
Body and Face Piercing
- Males are not allowed to wear earrings. Females may wear one set of post or stud earrings.
- No other body or face piercing is allowed to be showing- (i.e. nose rings, eyebrows, etc.)
Hair
- Hair must be pulled back away from the face and restrained if needed.
- Hair should not be unnaturally colored (blue, yellow, red, green, purple, etc.)
Face Painting
- Face painting is not allowed by volunteers/ employees working on game days.
* 300 Level Stands: Volunteers MUST wear black pants (no shorts allowed on the Club Level)

Concession Stand Volunteers
100 and 500 Level Concession Stands Hats
- All volunteers must wear the same hat in their stand.
- The hat may be either a Black Carolina Panthers hat or visor (provided by SF&B for $7.50), or one advertising your organization.
- Organization hats must be in good taste and not offensive; they must be approved by Stadium Food and Beverage.
- Volunteers must wear a hat at all times while in the concession stands per the health code.
- The hat must be worn on top of head with bill centered over the person’s face.
Polo Shirts
- All group members must wear a clean Stadium Food & Beverage Pepsi logo concession polo shirt.
- Polo Shirts are purchased from SF&B for $15.00 each.
- Shirts must be worn from event gates open to event gates close.
- Shirts must be tucked neatly into pants and the sleeves should not be rolled up.
- You may wear a plain Black shirt under the Blue Pepsi shirt. Hooded Sweatshirts are NOT permissible in the stands. SF&B does NOT provide jackets to groups working in stands during cold weather. It is the volunteers’ responsibility to wear “layers” under their polo shirt to keep warm.
- Extra shirts may be rented from the laundry for $2.50 each. These must be returned at the end of the event, or the group will be charged the full amount ($15) for the shirt.
Pants
- All volunteers must wear clean Khaki or Black pants or walking-style shorts.
- Do not wear short shorts (daisy dukes), spandex pants, denim, or cargo-style pants. (Shorts should not be more than 1 inch above the knee)
- A belt must be worn with pants that have belt loops & pants must be pulled to the waist.
Aprons
- SF&B will provide each volunteer with an apron for the day. These aprons must be returned at the end of the event.
- An apron must be worn at all times in the concession stand per health code.
- Take off the apron when taking a break or going to the restroom.
300 Level Concession Stands Hats
- All volunteers must wear a Black, Carolina Panthers hat (provided by SF&B for $7.50).
- Volunteers must wear a hat at all times while in the concession stands per the health code.
- The hat must be worn on top of head with bill centered over the person’s face.
Shirts
- All group members must wear a clean Stadium Food & Beverage Pepsi logo concession referee shirt.
- Shirts are purchased from Stadium Food and Beverage for $15.00 each.
- Shirts must be worn from event gates open to event gates close.
- Shirts must be tucked neatly into pants and the sleeves should not be rolled up.
- You may wear a plain Black shirt under the uniform shirt for warmth. Hooded Sweatshirts are NOT permissible on the Club Level. Stadium Food and Beverage does not provide a jacket to wear during cold weather for the stands on the 300 Level.
- Extra shirts may be rented from the laundry for $2.50 each. These must be returned at the end of the event, or the group will be charged the full amount ($15) for the shirt.
Pants
- All group members must wear clean, black, Full-length pants.
- Volunteers on the 300 Level may NOT wear shorts, spandex pants, denim, or cargo-style pants.
- A belt must be worn with pants that have belt loops & pants must be pulled up to the waist.
Aprons (Club Lounge Only)
- SF&B will provide each volunteer with an apron for the day. These aprons must be returned at the end of the event or your group will be charged for them.
- An apron must be worn at all times in the concession stand per health code.
- Take off the apron when taking a break or going to the restroom.

Vending Room & Portable Volunteers Hats
- Hats are not required, but if you would like to wear one it must be either a black Carolina Panthers hat (provided by SF&B for $7.50) or one advertising your organization. However, the same hat must be worn by all volunteers within your group.
- Hat must be worn on top of head with bill centered over the person’s face.
Shirts
- All vending & portable volunteers must wear a clean, solid white T-shirt or polo shirt.
- Shirts must be neatly tucked into pants and the sleeves should not be rolled up.
- You may wear a solid White or Grey long-sleeved shirt under your white shirt. Hooded Sweatshirts are ONLY permissible during cold weather and if worn under the Bank of America Stadium jacket. (If the hood of your sweatshirt is up on your head the hood from the jacket should be up as well.)
- During cold weather, Blue Bank of America Stadium jackets will be provided in all vending rooms & portable groups may check them out from our laundry room. The jackets worn by portable groups must be returned at the end of the event or your group will be charged. When wearing one of these jackets, your smock/apron must be worn over the jacket.
Pants

- A smock/apron must be worn at all times while vending product in the bowl and on the concourse at troughs/portables.
- Volunteers should take off the smock/apron when taking a break or going to the restroom.
Buttons
- A vendor number button must be worn by all vending volunteers.
- All vending volunteers must wear the price button of the item they are vending.
- Buttons will be worn at all times while outside of the vending room.
- Buttons must be visible.
