The GuestPath Program is our customer service initiative to provide great service to our associates and guests.
Our Universal Service Standards are the foundation on which we build and deliver our DNC service philosophy. They guide us during every guest and associate interaction and help us achieve our service promise of “Creating Special Experiences One Guest at a Time.” The experience begins with each of one of us and the standards apply to all DNC companies. It is up to each and every one of us to create special experiences!
As a DNC associate/ volunteer, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the GuestPath Program during training.

When we follow our Universal Service Standards and when we go the extra mile, people really notice. Oftentimes guests write us letters or call or send emails to tell us when associates have really made their experience a special one. When that happens, we want to recognize your good work. We also want to use you as a model for other associates to follow.
When you WOW a guest, we want to return the favor and WOW you!
The Rewards and Recognition Team love celebrating and would like to WOW as many associates and volunteers as possible. So look for ways to go above and beyond in your interaction with all your guests, both internal and external. You never know, you could be the next person to be WOW'd!
