Pay periods are weekly. You will be paid on Friday for the prior week (Monday - Sunday). Pay checks are mailed to your current mailing address. It is your responsibility to ensure that Delaware North Companies Sportservice - Carolina Panthers has your most current mailing address. If your address changes, please complete the Personal Information Change form and submit this to Human Resources. Any changes must be received by Monday morning prior to the Friday pay date.

Direct deposit of your pay check to your bank account is available. Please complete the Direct Deposit Authorization form and submit the completed form with a voided check or letter from your bank - stating you as the owner of the account, your account number, and bank routing number. (Please note that information on your voided check or letter from the bank must be pre-printed. We cannot accept documentation with this information handwritten on it, like a starter check.) Direct deposit will take 1-2 pay cycles to go into effect; you will still receive a statement of your pay check in the mail.
